Ordering DTF transfers, explained in plain English.

Four steps. No email tennis. Transparent timelines.

Step 1 — Upload

Drop your artwork onto our order page. We accept PNG, PDF, AI, and PSD. Our system automatically:

Checks resolution (flags anything under 300 DPI)
Verifies colour mode and converts if needed
Detects transparency issues that cause bad prints
Calculates your sheet size automatically (or lets you pick a gang sheet)

You’ll see a preview immediately — and if anything’s off, we flag it before you check out.

Step 2 — Proof

Within one business day, you receive a digital proof showing exactly how your transfer will print. This is not a quick mockup — it’s a press-accurate preview.

You can:

Approve and send to production
Request tweaks (colour, sizing, placement) — unlimited revisions
Chat with our art team if you need hands-on help

Step 3 — Production

Once approved, production is 72 hours standard. Rush options are available at checkout: 48-hour (+$10) and 24-hour (+$20, capacity-confirmed).

Every order includes:

White-underbase printing (no surcharge)
Pre-cut and sheeted ready for your press
Quality control review before packaging
Tracking number emailed at shipment

Step 4 — Shipping

We fulfill from two Canadian facilities. Orders ship from the nearest one to your address — routing happens automatically at checkout.

Express options are available at checkout: 2-Day Express (+$25, most CA addresses) and Next-Day Express (+$45, major metros).

Pressing your transfer

Once your transfers arrive:

Preheat press to 320°F / 160°C
Place transfer on garment, film side up
Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
Peel hot, immediately
Re-press for 5 seconds after peel (improves durability)

Wash-durable to 100+ cycles at 60°C with proper care. Wash inside out, cold cycle, hang dry or low tumble.

Common questions

What if my artwork fails the automatic check?

We’ll email you a diagnostic within an hour with specific fixes (e.g., “upscale to 300 DPI” or “flatten transparency layers”). If you can’t fix it yourself, our art team can clean it up for a small fee.
