48-hour Canadian shipping, coast to coast. Dual fulfillment from Vancouver and Toronto means the nearest node ships your order — most of Canada arrives in 1–2 business days, the rest in 3–4. Here's exactly how it works.

Shipping Times

Same-day production

Orders placed before our daily cutoff ship the same business day. Orders after cutoff ship the next morning.

  • Vancouver cutoff: 12:00 PM Pacific
  • Toronto cutoff: 3:00 PM Eastern

Need it faster? Rush production for tighter deadlines:

  • 4-hour expedited: add ~25% to order subtotal, subject to capacity
  • 2-hour expedited (in by 10am, out by noon): add ~50%, subject to capacity

Rush slots are limited per day. If you need a same-week deadline on a large run, contact us before placing the order so we can confirm capacity.

Dual fulfillment nodes

Every order routes to the nearest Canadian fulfillment centre automatically — you don't need to pick. Our system reads your shipping postal code and assigns the order at checkout.

  • Vancouver, BC. Serves British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Yukon.
  • Toronto, ON. Serves Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.

ETAs are business days from ship date. Add same-day or next-day production to get total time-to-door. The "48-hour coast-to-coast" promise applies to most of Canada — for the territories and outer Atlantic, expect a few extra days.

Carriers and tracking

Standard ground: Canada Post and Purolator. We pick the carrier with the best lane to your destination from each fulfillment node.

Express: Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator Express, depending on origin/destination pairing.

Tracking: every shipment includes tracking, emailed to you at dispatch. Tracking updates flow into your order page automatically.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders CA$99+ (ground courier, contiguous Canadian provinces). Orders under CA$99 ship at a CA$15 flat rate.

Real-time rates: available at checkout for express, Atlantic, and territorial destinations.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged: email support@canadiandtf.com with the order number and tracking. We work with the carrier on your behalf and reprint at no charge for confirmed in-transit losses or damage.

Returns & Reprints

DTF transfers are custom-made for your order. Like every legitimate custom decoration shop, we don't accept returns on the printed transfer — there's no resale market for someone else's logo. What we do offer: free reprints when the issue is on us.

What qualifies for a free reprint

  • Print defects (banding, missing colours, smudging, wrong sizing on our end)
  • Damage in transit, with photos and reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Misprinted artwork that doesn't match the approved proof
  • Adhesion failures on properly-pressed transfers, where our powder application failed quality control

What doesn't qualify

  • Press technique issues on your end (wrong temperature, wrong pressure, wrong time)
  • Pressing onto unwashed garments (residual chemicals interfere with adhesion)
  • Designs you approved on the proof that you later changed your mind about
  • Damage from improper washing (high-heat tumble dry, bleach, fabric softener)

How to report a problem

Email support@canadiandtf.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • 3+ clear photos of the issue (full transfer plus close-up of the defect)
  • A short description of what went wrong

We'll review within one business day and either approve the reprint immediately or ask follow-up questions. Reprints get priority production — typically same-day or next-business-day back on press.

Refunds

Refunds (instead of reprints) are available in cases where a reprint isn't practical — a passed event date, a discontinued design, etc. Approved on a case-by-case basis.
