Two sizes (4"x4" and 5"x5") in three pack counts (10, 25, 50). Per-patch cost drops at the larger packs: the 50-pack lands at $0.90 per 4x4 patch and $1.40 per 5x5 patch. Same design across the pack at launch.

How to press
- Preheat press to 300°F / 150°C.
- Place patch on garment, film side up.
- Press with medium pressure for 12 seconds.
- Peel hot, immediately.
- Re-press for 5 seconds after peel for wash durability.
Patches press identically to standard transfers, same temperature, time and finish. Hat presses or curved-platen attachments recommended for hats.

Can the patches in one pack be different designs?
Same design within a single pack at this price point. For mixed designs, upload a 22"x36" gang sheet, same per-patch cost with full flexibility on layout.
Will these stick to a curved hat brim or panel?
Yes, with proper pressure. We recommend a hat press or curved-platen attachment for best results on hats. Flat presses work but require careful placement.
Are they pre-cut or do I cut them myself?
Pre-cut. They arrive ready to press, no scissors needed.
How fast can I get them?
Orders typically dispatch the next business day. Transit after that is about 1 to 2 days to BC and Alberta and 2 to 3 days to Ontario. Express shipping available at checkout.
